The price is per day for 2 persons, with a stay about at least seven nights. For each further person we charge extra.
The price mentioned for the apartement contains water, electricity, heating, VAT.
Tourist tax: tourist tax of 1,75 Euro per person (aged 14 years and over) per day payable on departure.
Into the summer is the use of the swimmingpool, with pavillion, and beach chairs include.
In our house you can receive different good house-made jams, nature-cloudy grape juice, wine from own production, fruit and vegetable directly from our garden, and Honey from our bees!
We ask you to put your arrival and departure day if possible on Saturday.
During fixed reservation we ask you to carry the pre-payment out specified in our reservation confirmation.
Covid 19: In the case of corona, the booking can be canceled by either party.

The personal Meran-Card given to you free of charge (free admission to the spa concerts, reduction on ticketd for events organized by the Tourist Office, on cable-car tickets Tyrol-Hochmut, Merano – Tyrol, glaciers of Schnalstal, thermal-cures in Merano, tickets for the museums and castles, horse-races-course, mini-golf course etc
Wine from our Vineyard, on our wine-growing estate the “original Meraner cure grape”, which we freshly pick in the morning for your consumation

We are animal-loving much and all dogs and animals are cordially welcome with us!
In the city are animal shops and for the emergency are also good veterinary !
Dogs day euro 10. -/ 15.- without dogfood.
Admission to the swimming pool is not permitted for hygenic reasons.
Please do not leave your dog alone in the apartment! We ask for understanding!
